Recently, our powder coated park benches were highlighted at the Rexburg Chamber of Commerce Annual Farmer/Merchant Banquet. The recently built Rexburg Walgreens received the "2006 Business Beautification Award", due in part to our custom-made, powder coated, Traditional Park Benches and Trash Receptacles that decorate the grounds.
The formost enemy of any outdoor product is corrosion. Over time, water, salt, and chemicals will corrode any area that has not been properly sealed from the outside elements at Premier we have designed our benches and tables to minimize and eliminate possible sites for corrosion by using:
- Stainless steel mounting feet on all benches and tables
- Laser cut design to minimize the number of welded joints (which are the FIRST place to corrode)
- All surfaces are prepared for finishing by sandblasting to a white finish (per SSPC-SP 5/NAC No. 1) to eliminate any corrosion or laser scale on the surface.
- An epoxy primer powder coat is applied over the sand blasted surface to a thickness of 2-3 mil.
A final TGIC Super Durable Polyester powder coat color of the customers choosing is applied over the primer.

B-205 Marissa - Round Rod Park Bench graffiti coating.
The Marissa bench is constructed with 5/8" Steel Rod. The circular openings found on each leg allow for custom laser cut images such as
business names and logos. The orthopedic shape makes it the most comfortable bench on the market. Round rods limit the area of possible graffiti
and vandalism. The Marissa bench is also available with arm rests, and can be fabricated in lengths of 4, 5, or 6 feet. As an additional option, these style benches can be skate board friendly, which includes stainless steel rods for the "grind" surfaces.

B-104 Traditional Park Bench
The traditional park bench is fabricated with 1/4" by 2" strap steel and has full welds along the entire bench. The Traditional bench can be ordered in 4, 5, or 6 feet. The back and seat are laser cut from 1/4" cold rolled steel. while the side arms and legs are 3/8" x 2" steel. As with all our outdoor furnishings, the bench is sand blasted, primed with an epoxy primer, and coated to the customers custom color and, or texture. As an added option, an integrated logo can be laser cut directly into the seat back, allowing the customer to fully customize the look of the bench. |
